Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK. Multiple delivery options are available to choose from at checkout to suit you and arrival times and prices will vary depending on your choice. 

Print orders will be dispatched 1-3 working days from the date of order. For all custom made prints requests, please allow 5-7 working days from the date of order for your order to be dispatched. 

The first working day begins the first full working day after an order is placed. (Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays). Please allow extended despatch times over seasonal periods such as Valentines and Christmas.

Items other than prints (ie. tote bags, mugs) can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched. 

Returns
We don't offer returns or exchanges on our items, due to them being made to order. If you have any issues or concerns about your order, please get in touch via the contact form on the website and we will always aim to resolve any queries as best we can.
